We ship worldwide. Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email confirmation of your shipping details and a tracking number. All delivery times are based on working days. Please allow 1 working day for dispatch.

Items purchased between November 10, 2023 - December 18, 2023 can be returned until January 31, 2024 for an exchange or refund.

Returns & Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your product, simply return the unused product(s) in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Unless there is a fault with the product, return shipping costs are for the returning party. Make sure to include contact information with the return. We advise using a tracked service.

If a returned item is shipped international, please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS', to avoid any Customs charges. Baxter&Baxter is NOT responsible for any return Customs charges made. Any charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer.
