We ship worldwide. Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email confirmation with your shipping details and a tracking number.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Simply return the unused item(s) in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for an exchange or full refund. Unless there is a fault with the product, return shipping costs are for the returning party. Make sure to include contact information with the return. We advise using a tracked service.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days.
If a returned item is shipped international, please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS', to avoid any Customs charges. Baxter&Baxter is NOT responsible for any return Customs charges made. Any charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
