We ship worldwide. Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email confirmation with your shipping details and a tracking number.
All delivery times are based on working days. Please allow 1 working day for dispatch.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Simply return the unused item(s) in its original packaging within 14 days of delivery for an exchange or full refund. Unless there is a fault with the product, return shipping costs are for the returning party. Make sure to include your full name or order number with the return. We advise using a tracked service.
To start a return, simply contact us at support@baxter-baxter.com. If you would like to exchange your order, simply email us telling us you will send back the product and the product/size you wish to receive in exchange.

Under Directive (EU) 2023/2673, from 19 June 2026, statutory consumer rights apply in addition to our 14-day return policy. If your order is delivered to an address within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without providing a justification.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
