Orders & delivery
We aim to deliver your order within 2-3 business days. Orders are shipped Monday to Saturday, excluding UK Bank Holidays. Please allow 1 business day for order processing. This may take longer during new releases, major holidays and sale periods.
We ship to the United Kingdom using Royal Mail 48®.
International orders are shipped via Royal Mail International Tracked.
We aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours of the order being placed. If you have not received your order within the timeframe, please send an email to support@baxter-baxter.com and a member of our customer support team will investigate this for you.
If you wish to change your order, please send an email to support@baxter-baxter.com Our team will review your request and determine what modifications can still be accommodated.
We cannot assist with amendments during peak periods such as site-wide sales and the Christmas season.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Simply return the unused product(s) in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for an exchange or full refund. To start a return, you can contact us at support@baxter-baxter.com.

If you wish to cancel your order, please to email support@baxter-baxter.com with your order number and a member of our customer support team will process this accordingly. If an order has been dispatched before we could cancel this, we will provide you with the next steps to return this to us.

Product
To keep your products in great condition we recommend the following steps.
- To clean your beaded jewellery (gemstone, pearl, etc.), create a mixture of lukewarm water and mild dish soap. Gently wipe the bracelet with a soft cloth to remove any dirt or oils. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials to prevent damage to the gemstones.
- Polish 925 sterling silver jewellery with a silver polishing cloth.
- Store your jewellery in it’s Baxter&Baxter pouch.
- Avoiding contact with chemicals such as perfume, hair spray and deodorant.
- Remove leather jewellery before showering, swimming, exercising, etc.
Our gemstone jewellery are hand-assembled using A-grade natural stones and 925 sterling silver. Leather jewellery is handmade using premium leathers and fastened with marine-grade stainless steel bayonet clasps.
In the rare event of receiving an item with a fault, or if an item becomes faulty within 1 month of your order being placed, we can exchange or refund the item.
If you have received a faulty item, please email support@baxter-baxter.com and a member of our customer support team will investigate this for you. For a prompt resolution, include photos and details of the fault, along with your order number.
